Weight Loss Diet Plans in Karachi

About Ayesha Nasir, Registered Dietitian

As a registered dietitian working with clients in Karachi, I provide result-driven diet plans. My goal is to make nutrition simple and effective for everyone. From weight loss to child growth, every plan I create is based on your body type and lifestyle. Whether you are looking for a child nutritionist in Karachi, a female nutritionist in Karachi, or a weight loss nutritionist in Karachi, I’ve got you covered.

How Online Diet Consultations Work for Karachi Clients

Clients in Karachi consult over a video or WhatsApp call, so there is no need to travel to Lahore. The session works the same way as one in the clinic, the fee is Rs. 3,500, and your plan reaches you within a day or two. See how an online consultation works, step by step.

Diet and Nutrition Services Available in Karachi

Most people who contact me come for one of these six things. Every plan is built around your reports, your routine and the food your family already cooks.

Weight Loss

A steady loss you can hold on to, usually around half a kilo to a kilo a week, without giving up roti, rice or chai altogether.

Weight Gain

For people who are underweight or cannot keep weight on. More calories and protein from proper meals, not just shakes.

Child Nutrition

For fussy eaters, children who are underweight or gaining too fast, and parents worried about growth or low iron.

Medical Diet Plans

Food for diabetes, thyroid, cholesterol, blood pressure or recovery after illness, planned around what your doctor has prescribed.

PCOS

For irregular cycles, insulin resistance and weight that will not shift, with meals that keep blood sugar steadier through the day.

Sports Nutrition

For gym-goers and athletes who want better training and recovery, with protein from everyday food before any supplement.

What Working With Me From Karachi Looks Like

I do not have a clinic in Karachi. I see clients at Holistic Care in DHA Phase 3, Lahore, so everything with Karachi clients happens over video. In practice it changes very little. You get the same assessment, the same written plan and the same follow-ups as anyone who walks into the Lahore clinic.

  • The session: 40 to 45 minutes on a video call, booked into a slot that suits your work hours
  • Before we talk: send over any recent blood reports and a rough note of what you ate in the last three days
  • After we talk: your written plan comes on WhatsApp or email, with portions and substitutions spelled out
  • Follow-ups: check-ins and plan revisions as your body responds, plus a date in the calendar so it does not drift

Biryani on a Weekday, BBQ at Midnight

Karachi eats out more than any other city I work with. Biryani on a weekday, BBQ at midnight, bun kababs on the way home, chai at 11 pm because traffic ate your evening. A plan that pretends none of that happens will last you about four days. So we build the week with those meals in it. You tell me what you eat and where, and we work out which meals hold the plan together and which ones can move.

Fresh Fish Is the Advantage

Karachi clients have one advantage over my Lahore ones and most of them never use it. Fresh fish and prawns are much easier to get here. They give you protein that is easy to digest, decent fats, and something you will actually look forward to eating. If you shop near Empress Market or the Clifton fishmongers, that goes into your plan.

Humidity and Skipped Meals

The heat is the other thing nobody plans for. Humidity flattens your appetite in summer, so meals get skipped and the calories come back in cold drinks, sugary lassi and bottled juice instead. We move the bigger meals to the cooler ends of the day and count your fluids properly rather than guessing.

Long Commutes and Late Dinners

Long commutes finish the job. If you drive from Gulshan to Clifton and back, you can go five or six hours without eating and then eat everything at 10 pm. So part of your plan is simply what lives in your bag or your desk drawer, so that gap stops happening.

Whatever you are working on, the approach is the same: supervised weight loss, healthy weight gain, PCOS and hormonal support, child nutrition or sports and fitness nutrition. The case studies will show you how these plans usually go over a few months.

Other Pages That May Fit Better

You can also read the client case studies, see how the plan runs across Pakistan, or go to the contact page.

Karachi Nutrition FAQs

I do not have a clinic in Karachi. My consultation room is at Holistic Care, Sector Y DHA Phase 3, Lahore, and Karachi clients are seen over video instead. You get the same assessment, the same written plan and the same follow-up schedule as anyone walking into the Lahore clinic.

It runs 40 to 45 minutes on a video call. Send your recent blood reports and a rough note of the last three days of food before we talk, so the session is not spent on paperwork. Your written plan follows on WhatsApp or email with portions and substitutions spelled out, and we fix a follow-up date before we hang up.

Yes. Plans are built around what is in your markets and your kitchen, which in Karachi means leaning on fresh fish and prawns far more than I would for a client in Lahore. Nothing in your plan should send you hunting for imported ingredients.

No, and if I asked you to, you would quit within a week. Those meals get planned into your week instead of being treated as failures. You tell me where you eat, we decide which meals move and which stay, and the rest of the day adjusts around them.

It changes the timing more than the food. Humidity kills your appetite, so meals get skipped in the day and sugary drinks make up for it later. We shift the heavier meals to the cooler parts of the day and count fluids properly instead of guessing.
