How Online Diet Consultations Work for Islamabad Clients
Clients in Islamabad consult over a video or WhatsApp call, so there is no need to travel to Lahore. The session works the same way as one in the clinic, the fee is Rs. 3,500, and your plan reaches you within a day or two. See how an online consultation works, step by step.
Diet and Nutrition Services Available in Islamabad
Most people who contact me come for one of these six things. Every plan is built around your reports, your routine and the food your family already cooks.
Weight Loss
A steady loss you can hold on to, usually around half a kilo to a kilo a week, without giving up roti, rice or chai altogether.
Weight Gain
For people who are underweight or cannot keep weight on. More calories and protein from proper meals, not just shakes.
Child Nutrition
For fussy eaters, children who are underweight or gaining too fast, and parents worried about growth or low iron.
Medical Diet Plans
Food for diabetes, thyroid, cholesterol, blood pressure or recovery after illness, planned around what your doctor has prescribed.
PCOS
For irregular cycles, insulin resistance and weight that will not shift, with meals that keep blood sugar steadier through the day.
Sports Nutrition
For gym-goers and athletes who want better training and recovery, with protein from everyday food before any supplement.
Working With Me From Islamabad
There is no clinic of mine in Islamabad. I see clients in person at Holistic Care in DHA Phase 3, Lahore, and everyone in Islamabad is seen over video. The assessment, the written plan and the follow-ups are the same either way, so nothing about your plan is a lighter version because you are not in the room.

The Trails Are Right There
Islamabad clients start with two things in their favour, and most of them waste both. The first is the trails. Margalla is right there, and a plan that includes Trail 3 or Trail 5 twice a week works better than any gym routine you will abandon in March. If you already walk, we build around it instead of adding something new on top.
Sector Markets and the Itwar Bazaar
The second is the produce. Between the sector markets and the itwar bazaar, you get better vegetables and fruit for less money than most cities in the country. That matters, because the single most common reason plans fail is that the food in them is a hassle to buy. Yours will be built from what is actually in your bazaar that week.

Office Hours That Actually Hold
Office routines here are the steadiest I see anywhere. Government and corporate hours are fixed, which means meal timings can be fixed too, and that alone fixes a lot of problems. The catch is the canteen and the tea trolley. Four cups of sugary chai and a plate of samosas at 4 pm will quietly undo a good day of eating, so those get planned for rather than banned.
Then Winter Arrives
Then winter arrives. Islamabad gets properly cold, appetite climbs, walking stops and dry fruit and heavy food fill the gap. Weight gained between November and February is the thing most of my Islamabad clients want to undo in March. So we plan the winter before it starts, and if your reports show low vitamin D or a thyroid issue, the plan is written around that instead of ignoring it.
Whatever you are working on, the process does not change. Supervised weight loss. Healthy weight gain. PCOS and hormonal support. Child nutrition. Sports and fitness nutrition. The case studies show how these plans usually go over a few months.
