Ms Ayesha Nasir is very good and expert Dietitian. My experience with her is really good. She guides enough , about every concerns and problem. Her diet plans are easy to follow and give sustainable results.

How the Plan Is Actually Built

Every plan starts with a conversation rather than a template. I ask what you ate over the last three days, what time you leave the house, who does the cooking at home, how often you eat out, and what you have already tried. Almost everybody has tried something. That history matters, because it tells me what you are not going to stick to.

Then I look at your numbers. Weight, height, waist, and any recent blood work you have. If you do not have any, I will tell you which tests are worth getting done and which ones you can skip. The plan reaches you after that, usually within a day or two, and it is written in normal kitchen terms. Rotis, cups, pieces and spoons, not grams you have to weigh on a scale.

What a Realistic Rate of Weight Loss Looks Like

Half a kilo to one kilo a week suits most people. Over a month that works out to roughly two to four kilos. Some people drop faster in the first two or three weeks, and a good part of that early drop is water, which is normal. The steady range after that is the one worth planning around, because it is the range where you keep your muscle and your energy holds up.

If you have a wedding or a trip coming up in six weeks, say so in the first session. I would rather be honest with you about what six weeks can do than write something you will abandon in ten days.

Roti, Rice and Salan Stay on the Plan

You do not have to move to boiled chicken and salad leaves. Roti stays, rice stays, salan stays. What changes is how much, when, and what goes into the pan before the food does. In most desi kitchens the extra calories are sitting in the oil, the ghee, the sugar in the chai and the second helping, not in the roti itself.

Chai is usually the first thing we look at. Four or five cups a day with two spoons of sugar in each quietly adds up to a meal nobody is counting. We do not take it away. We change what goes in it, and often the number of cups, and for a lot of people that alone starts moving the weight.

If someone else cooks at home, the plan has to work with the pot that is already on the stove. I write it so the salan does not have to change. Your plate is what changes.

When Weight Loss Is Not Only About Food

Some people eat sensibly, move enough, and still do not lose weight. That is usually a signal to look further than the diet. An underactive thyroid, PCOS, insulin resistance, and some medicines including steroids and certain antidepressants all make weight loss harder, and no diet plan fixes any of those on its own.

If your history points that way, I will tell you which tests to ask for and send you back to your own doctor. I do not diagnose and I do not prescribe. Once the underlying problem is being treated, the food side starts working properly. If it is hormonal, the PCOS nutrition page goes into how that is handled.

What Is Not Part of Any Plan

No injections, no drips, no slimming teas, and no herbal course you have to buy from me. I do not sell supplements and I do not earn anything from what you buy. If a plan only works while you keep paying for a product, it is not really a plan.

There are no cheat days built in either, because there is nothing to cheat on. A plan that needs a day off from itself every week was too strict on the other six.

What Happens in the First Session

  • How long it takes. About 45 minutes, in person at Holistic Care, Sector Y DHA Phase 3, Lahore, or over a call if you are not in the city.
  • What to bring or send. Any blood tests from the last six months, a list of the medicines you take, and a rough note of what you ate across three ordinary days.
  • What we go through. Your routine, your work hours, who cooks, what you eat out, and what has failed before and why.
  • What happens after. The plan reaches you within a day or two, and there is a follow up once you have run it for a couple of weeks so it can be adjusted.
  • How to book. Call or WhatsApp 0306 6933336. Appointment only. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 7 to 9 pm, Saturday 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm.

In person sessions run at Holistic Care in DHA Phase 3, which is the only place I see clients face to face. If you are somewhere else, the nutritionist near me page lists every city and area I currently consult in over a call. If your goal runs the other way, there is a separate page on weight and muscle gain. For children there is pediatric nutrition, and for training and performance there is sports nutrition.

A plan works better when someone adjusts it as you go. That is what consulting the best nutritionist in Lahore provides, rather than a fixed chart.

Weight Loss Diet Plan FAQs

Most clients notice a change within the first three to four weeks, though the pace depends on your starting point, your medical history and how consistent you can be. Ayesha Nasir sets a realistic target with you in the first consultation rather than promising a fixed number, because rapid loss driven by crash dieting almost always comes back.

No. Plans are built around everyday Pakistani food, so rice, roti, salan and daal stay in the plan with portions and timing adjusted. Removing staple foods is the single most common reason people abandon a diet, so the plan works with your kitchen instead of against it.

Fees depend on the length of the programme and whether you consult in clinic or online, so they are quoted after the first consultation once the plan is clear. Call or WhatsApp 0306 6933336 and the team will explain the current options.

Yes. Online consultations are available anywhere in Pakistan and abroad, and include the same written plan, weekly check-ins and WhatsApp follow-up as the in-clinic programme. In-person visits are at Holistic Care, Sector Y, DHA Phase 3, Lahore.

In Pakistan the words are often used interchangeably, but a Registered Dietitian holds a recognised qualification and professional registration. Ayesha Nasir is registered with the Pakistan Nutrition and Dietetic Society and holds an MPhil in Food and Nutrition from the College of Home Economics, Lahore.
