Weight Loss Diet Plans in Attock

About Ayesha Nasir, Registered Dietitian

As one of the best nutritionists in Attock, Ayesha Nasir has worked with people of all ages. Whether you’re a busy parent, a working professional, a student, or a senior. Her approach is built on understanding your daily challenges and designing a plan that fits naturally into your routine.

How Online Diet Consultations Work for Attock Clients

Clients in Attock consult over a video or WhatsApp call, so there is no need to travel to Lahore. The session works the same way as one in the clinic, the fee is Rs. 3,500, and your plan reaches you within a day or two. See how an online consultation works, step by step.

Diet and Nutrition Services Available in Attock

Most people who contact me come for one of these six things. Every plan is built around your reports, your routine and the food your family already cooks.

Weight Loss

A steady loss you can hold on to, usually around half a kilo to a kilo a week, without giving up roti, rice or chai altogether.

Weight Gain

For people who are underweight or cannot keep weight on. More calories and protein from proper meals, not just shakes.

Child Nutrition

For fussy eaters, children who are underweight or gaining too fast, and parents worried about growth or low iron.

Medical Diet Plans

Food for diabetes, thyroid, cholesterol, blood pressure or recovery after illness, planned around what your doctor has prescribed.

PCOS

For irregular cycles, insulin resistance and weight that will not shift, with meals that keep blood sugar steadier through the day.

Sports Nutrition

For gym-goers and athletes who want better training and recovery, with protein from everyday food before any supplement.

There is no clinic of mine in Attock. In person consultations happen only at Holistic Care in Sector Y, DHA Phase 3, Lahore. Everyone here works with me over video or a voice call, and the plan is sent on WhatsApp afterwards. If Lahore is ever convenient, the clinic runs by appointment only. To book, call or message 0306 6933336.

If You Are Working in the Gulf

A lot of the men who contact me from Attock families are not in Attock at all. They are in Saudi Arabia, the Emirates, Oman or Qatar, living in company accommodation, eating from a camp mess with no say in what is cooked, working long hours in heat and coming back to a room with a kettle and not much else.

That situation needs a different kind of plan. We work with what the mess actually serves, what you can keep in your room that does not need cooking, and how to handle the rotation between day and night duty. Consultations can be scheduled around your shift and your time zone. The plan gets sent in writing so you can follow it without needing to be on a call every week.

The Weeks You Are Home on Leave

Leave is its own problem. You are home after a long stretch away, everyone wants to feed you, there are invitations every second day, and the routine you managed to hold abroad disappears in the first week. Two months later you go back heavier than you left.

This is manageable if we plan it before you land rather than after. Some days are eating days and we accept that. The rest keep a basic structure, mostly breakfast and your walking, which is usually enough to hold your weight through the visit. Holding steady through leave and continuing afterwards beats losing four kilos and putting six back.

Exercise When There Is No Gym Nearby

Plenty of people here do not have a gym worth joining within a reasonable distance, and for many women walking alone on the main roads is not comfortable or practical. Advice that assumes a treadmill and a membership is useless in that situation.

So we do not build the plan on it. Food does the work for weight loss and movement supports it. Walking inside your own street or courtyard, using stairs deliberately, and a short routine at home that needs no equipment will cover what you need. If you do have access to a gym I will make use of it, but nothing in the plan depends on one.

When More Than One Person at Home Needs a Plan

It is common for a whole household here to need different things at once. A father who has been told his sugar is high, a mother dealing with weight and joint pain, a teenager who is underweight, and one kitchen cooking for all of them.

You do not need separate meals for everyone. I work out one base of food that the house can cook, then set different portions and small additions per person on top of it. It costs less, it is far easier for whoever is cooking, and it means nobody at the table is eating something strange and alone. Tell me who is involved in the first session and I will plan it that way from the start.

How the First Session Works

  • Format: about 40 to 45 minutes on WhatsApp, video or voice, and schedulable around a shift abroad.
  • Send in advance: recent reports, your medicines and supplements, and your current weight.
  • If you are overseas: tell me what the mess serves and what you can store in your room.
  • If it is for the household: tell me who else needs a plan and what the kitchen cooks in a normal week.
  • Afterwards: written plan on WhatsApp, review after two weeks.
  • To book: call or message 0306 6933336.

Anything medical stays with your doctor. Diabetes, blood pressure and thyroid treatment are their decisions and the food is planned around what they have prescribed.

Other Pages That May Fit Better

If someone at home needs to gain weight instead, start with the weight gain page. Want to know how it has gone for other families? That is what the case studies are for. Online sessions are covered in more detail on the Pakistan page, and my number and WhatsApp are on the contact page.
