●     Pre Breakfast

Begin your day with a pre breakfast which is the detox drink we mentioned previously. To prepare it, you need to leave ½ teaspoon of white cumin seeds (safaid zeera), ¼ fenugreek (methi dana), and a pinch of fennel seeds (sonf) in 1 liter water overnight.

Drink one glass in the morning and finish the rest throughout the day.

●     Breakfast

Your breakfast will be around 8 or 9 AM. For this meal, you can choose from the following two options.

Option 1: Eat one slice of bran bread with 1 egg cooked with a lot of vegetables. Make sure to enrich your egg with veggies.

With this, you can take either one sour guava or one apple. It is preferred to eat a green apple, although you can also have a yellow apple. However, red apples are off-limits.

Option 2: Another option is to have a single slice of bran bread with one tablespoon of sugar-free jam. Take this with a cup of green tea.

●     Chia Seeds Drink

At around 11 AM, you need to have your chia seeds drink. This will be prepared beforehand.

In ¼ cup of water add one teaspoon of chia seeds and leave it for 30 minutes. When it’s time to drink, add a glass of lukewarm water to it and drink.

●     Fruit Break

At 12 PM, you need to eat another fruit. Depending on the season you can choose your pick of fruits as long as they are citrus. One green apple, one sour guava, or one orange can do. You can also eat 8 strawberries in place of these fruits.

●     Lunch

The lunch time will be around 1 to 2 PM. For this meal, take a large serving of raw vegetable salad. Make sure to add boiled chickpeas or red kidney beans to it. You can pair the salad with any legumes of your choice and eat them with a spoon.

●     Evening Meal

At 4 or 5 PM, nourish your body with half a cup of milk or yogurt. You can have it in the form of (unsweetened) lassi. In case you’re more hungry, you can have a full glass of milk or yogurt.

●     Green Tea

Your dose of green tea for the day will come at 6 PM. If you feel constipated, you can have 1 tablespoon of Ispaghol in one glass of water. Make sure to drink another glass of water over it.

●     Dinner

At 7 or 8 PM, you will have your dinner. Rice is not an option for this meal at all. Eat half a roti (bread) with any kind of cooked vegetable (sabzi) that you like as long as it is not aaloo. The sabzi should not be more than 6 to 8 tablespoons.
